Under allocation conditions, all electronics manufacturers face a sharp increase in delivery times, rising component costs, and limited availability for certain groups of buyers.
Allocation has led to a situation where many companies are unable to purchase the electronic components they need on their own.
Order ComponentsThere are at least two solutions: knowing where to buy and qualified selection of an equivalent replacement. Selecting an equivalent is often a long process, and not all customers are ready to follow it. It may require either redesigning the board and then testing it, or avoiding redesign while still carrying out testing. This sets the project back several steps. Therefore, the most common approach is to search for scarce components while following the key principle: purchasing only from verified suppliers to avoid counterfeit products.
The second option is selecting acceptable replacements. This often requires expert knowledge in the field. Our specialists have this expertise in full.
Our clients can either order a 100% turnkey electronics manufacturing service or choose only the options they need.
If necessary, our specialists will offer a list of acceptable replacements for electronic components according to the components specified in the BOM.
MicroEM Technologies is able to complete customers’ BOMs as efficiently as possible thanks to the experience and capabilities of the entire group of companies. For almost a quarter of a century, the MicroEM Group has been an importer and distributor of electronic components and has carried out design-in supplies of certain groups of electronic components and assemblies used in the production of radio-electronic equipment.
Order ComponentsWe can also not only complete product orders, but also optimize BOMs with the help of specialists from our own Design Center and technical support department.
Our production facility is located in Moscow, Zelenograd. However, our procurement offices are located not only in Russia, but also in China, Hong Kong, and Germany, in Augsburg, Bavaria. This allows us to efficiently manage supply chains, route shipments, and consolidate cargo.
Our component suppliers include almost all well-known global distributors, as well as a large number of manufacturers worldwide. The BOM will be completed even if it contains rare or discontinued components. Twenty-five years of distribution experience allows customers to safely delegate the sourcing function to us and focus on marketing and R&D tasks. Delegating component procurement to a contract manufacturer frees the customer from additional issues such as storage, logistics, quality control, and more.
When signing a long-term contract, we purchase all components with long delivery times for our warehouse. This allows us to promptly fulfill customer orders without missing contractual deadlines.
We can also maintain stock of passive components, electromechanics, and printed circuit boards, for example, while customers may purchase microcircuits independently, especially if they have the relevant quotas.
Another option is when the customer transfers quotas to us, and we carry out the procurement. Our customers already actively use this procedure.

The cost of components purchased by us as part of a project will not exceed the financial and time costs that customers incur when independently searching for and purchasing electronic components. We select components at the most favorable prices. Over decades of work, we have established connections with dozens of suppliers worldwide, which allows us to obtain special terms not only on pricing, but also on priority shipments.
Nevertheless, many of our assembly orders use customer-supplied components. We always handle customer-supplied materials with great care, ensuring accurate quantity accounting and quality control.
After the order is completed, customers receive a report on the use of electronic components and other customer-supplied materials.
